Onboarding

First, you will need to ask an admin or manager for your work email, this email will be used for your account creation to later assign you to one of our brand.

The email should be something like "[email protected]"

And for password make sure to use something secure, do not share it with anyone!

Do not try to register without your email given to you by the Admin or Manager!

Important: Also share to your slack channel your time zone as well as the hours you will be online (your working hours) within your time zone

Example: GMT-5, I work from 1pm to 8pm (or 13:00 to 20:00)

Once you are logged in, you should see a banner asking you to confirm your email address, don't worry about it as it will go away once you are assigned to a brand.
