Order Issues

The order issue is a page each brands got, composed of these elements below

  1. Order number - The order number, unique for each order (example: #BEL1003IT)

  2. Problem - The problem tag, some templates you will use will need you to update this with the correct tag, example (Item Broken)

  3. Action - The action tag, some templates you will use will need you to update this with the correct tag, example (Reship)

  4. Note - Not always needed, some templates will require notes, otherwise, free to add any relevant information

  5. Link - A button to access directly the conversation

  6. Created - Just a date of creation

  7. Done - A checkbox only admin should touch, pressing it will delete the line and archive it

  8. Action - An edit button, and delete button.

How to log an order issue

To log an order issue, there is 2 ways, from the order issue page, or from the mail box

From the order issue page

From the order issue page, there is a button "+ Log Order Issue",

Once pressed, you will see a popup with a form to fill

Conversation ID: the number you will see in the URL when you are on a conversation

Order number: The order number, unique for each order (example: #BEL1003IT)

Problem Tag: Templates you will use will need you to update this with the correct tag, example (Item Broken)

Action Tag: Templates you will use will need you to update this with the correct tag, example (Reship)

Note: Not always needed, some templates will require notes, otherwise, free to add any relevant information

From the inbox

In the inbox, where you can type the reply, you will see some buttons, this one when pressed open the order issue panel, to file an order issue, or edit an existing order issue if there is already an order issue linked to this conversation or order number

When pressed, you will see this

Important Note : Some emails will automatically create an order issue when selected, the order issue will have their problem tag and action tag already filled, you will just need to add the order number if not already and a note if needed

If a conversation already has an order issue you should see the order issue button with a little red dot to indicate it

In this case, opening the button will show the current order issue, which you can modify if needed
