Make sure you have the order information first, so use the relevant templates to ask their order number and other relevant information

If the customer asks for a their tracking number and we have their order number or email address linked to an order, and their order does have a tracking number, use this

Register their order in the Order Issues with the tag: (Problem: Tracking Number) (Action: Send Tracking Number)
